Am Samstag, den 30.03.2019 fand die Jahreshauptversammlung des Spielmannszug statt. Nach der Begrüßung durch den GeschäftsführerKarsten Meyer wurde der Jahresbericht von Joachim Willering vorgetragen. Er ließ nochmal das vergangene Jahr Revue passieren. Ferner wurde auch allen Beteiligten, die sich an der Ausbildung der Jugend aktiv beteiligt haben, ein großes Dankeschön ausgesprochen.
Der Bericht des Kassiers Mario Termeer legte eine einwandfrei geführte Kasse da. Der Spielmannszug steht auf finanziell gesunden Beinen. Die Kassenprüfer bescheinigten die korrekte Kassenführung, sodass der Kassierer entlastet werden konnte.
Wahlleiter Torsten Schrap führte anschließend durch die angestandenen Wahlen. Alle zu wählenden Amtsträger wurden durch die Versammlung bestätigt.
Unter Punkt Mitteilungen wurden anstehende Termine erörtert. Zum Schützenausmarsch in Hannover am 30. Juni sind die Weichen gestellt. Ferner nimmt der Spielmannszug wieder an etlichen Veranstaltungen teil. Eine Terminanfragen fallen mitten in die Sommerferien. Hier soll versucht werden, daran teil zunehmen, wenn eine erforderliche Spielerstärke zu Stande kommt.
Zur Diskussion standen unter dem Punkt „Verschiedenes“ die Teilnahme an den Übungsstunden sowie die Entwicklung der Jugendarbeit. Durch den Wandel der Zeit ist der Spielmannszug auch vor diesen Herausforderungen gestellt.
